Middle Men (based on a true story) plays out as a wry comedy-drama rife with weirdos, perverts, junkies, porno stars, bent lawyers, mobsters and to balance it all out – a hardworking straight as an arrow family man. Not as bad as I thought it would be, the film makes an okay matinee. The history of internet porn angle is interesting, even if it is oversimplified. You don’t want a history lesson, you want entertainment.
