I have no idea how to make this, so it’s one of those tasty ice cream treats you get at Japanese restaurants, but I do know that when you buy the packaged “bricks” it doesn’t seem like it’ll melt down, but they do and it’s gross when baked in the oven. I’ve considered the mochi waffle, but I think I’ll try boiling them next time.
