Hard not to love a talking beagle who flies (but has trouble landing). Some definite LOL moments in this, especially the first flying scene when Underdog crashes through an office building. Hilarious. Not a lot of plot, but hey… it’s based on a short cartoon.

One special feature worth noting on the DVD: The very first Underdog adventure is recorded here – Safe Waif. Wow, were those early cartoons bad! (And I do not mean good bad… I mean corny, silly, and poorly illustrated.)
