I really only meant to watch five minutes of this, but – having seen it before – I flicked on at the part where Morgan Freeman (God) is trying to prove who he is to Jim Carrey (Bruce). It’s silly fun, but I enjoyed it! Carrey is perfect as the regular bloke suddenly given divine powers, and once he’s finished parting the red soup, selfishly trying to fix his own life before – okay, yeah, there’s a bit of a message. But it’s fun enough around that!
