co-workers have been raving how great rollins is, so finally i rented this one from the lib. i loved it! how refreshing for an author to really do his research. i found myself quickly drawn in, both with the plot and the characters. i didn’t realize how close i felt to them until manny dies and you hear tor-tor howl in the distance. i wanted to cry. i came back from break with my eyes welling up and all bummed out for the rest of the workday.
