This is an amazing mindfuck movie, and the only thing I’m going to say without spoiling the plot is that if you need a role model for losing weight, it’s Christian Bale, the actor behind Batman in Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008). That guy, in The Machinist, looked like in the picture above. No CGI was used.
