The list of names in the phone is an Easter egg to X-Files directors and writers. Two I saw are Gilligan (for Vince Gilligan) and Bowman (for Rob Bowman). Scully’s name was in there.

Yeah, when Mulder’s phone is showed the first time it has Gilligan’s, Bowman’s, and also Shiban’s names. The next time they show the phone, after assumingly Mulder has scrolled down, Scully’s name does show.
I can obviously understand how you saw Gillian in Gilligan, though.

They should have spent more time writing a good X-Files movie instead of putting their names in Fox’s cell phone. I wanted more Aliens or something from one of the other story arcs.
