Well when they said it was EVERYTHING about candlemaking they really meant it. It was very informative and maybe even too much so. I kinda forgot my purpose of reading the book in the first place just because of all the extra crap that they put in. This is a great book to read for entertainment purposes or if you have to write a report about the history and mythology surrounding candles and candlmaking, but as a practical, no nonsense, go to guide for candlemaking it would probably be better to find a different book on that subject. This would be a great book for a professional (eat, breath, sleep) candlemaker.
