This book makes you feel snobby, at first, with its almost 600 pages and 18th century prose – but it’s a somewhat silly romance/adventure about Robin Hood and Richard the Lion-Hearted. And some of it actually happened. In other words, awesome like Shakespeare, but easier to read.
