I used one box and people commented six months later about how white my teeth looked.

I also liked them because they covered the whole front surface of the teeth, and they are flimsy enough that you could wear them while commuting, toss them out and rinse with a sip of water.

They did make my teeth feel really sensitive though. I had to cut down to using them every-other day.
