This is delicious, low fat, and cheap! It’s good on yogurt or by itself. I used to get something like it for about $4 a pound, then I found Trader Joes and now pay $2.49 a pound. Trader Joes isn’t close to me but I get a bunch anytime I go to Atlanta.
