NOT WORTH CONSUMING
I thought this was either going to be hugely funny, or complete crud. Actually it managed to hit the middle ground!
I also thought the basic premise could work out to be ripe for funny situations, but I thought it was under-used. After the opening montage squishes in all the good ideas the writers obviously had, we get into the single situation that tries to carry the whole movie. Admittedly, the two cads getting their comeupances is alright, but eventually it falls into predictability.
Nowhere near as funny as it could have been.

I was disappointed in this too. Although Will Ferrell made me laugh.

I get what you’re saying, but there were such classic, repeatable, hugely hilarious parts that made it worth consuming to me.
e.g.
“HEYMOM! CAN WE GETSOMEMEATLOAF? MOOOOOOOOOOOM! What is she doing back there? I never know what she’s doing.”
“Rule #76: No excuses. Play like a champion!”
“You shut your mouth when you’re talking to me.”
“Erroneous! Erroneous! Erroneous on both accounts!”
Phenomenal anything.
