For those not in the know, CLoverfield has been touted as a quasi-spin-off to the best show on ABC- LOST (I’d say on TV, but Torchwood is a touch better). Just as on Lost, there are numbers Galore in this movie! And tons of hidder messages, like the one on the wall of Rob’s appartment that tells you to “Keep your eyes open”. This is a great thriller- and never ever reveal much about this movie, least you ruin it’s essence.
The only downside is that you must watch this movie again at home with a slo-mo button. Thankfully, I have DVR, so I can do it when I watch Lost.
It’s a great thrill ride, and is also a horror in the vein of “Alien” or “Jurassic Park”. Now, I am looking forwarded to the now rumored sequel, which will take part during the events in cloverfield, but by someone else in another part of the city.

PS- a small clue- in the last scene look out in the ocean and check the date. It will blow your mind!
