WORTH CONSUMING!
I’ve spent a year (1996) in Zhengzhou (China). There was a small open market right where we lived and we where eating there – in the street – almost everyday. One of the dishes I enjoyed a lot was baozi.
Since I left China, I find it very difficult to find it.
I was not long ago in Madeira (Portugal) and asked for Baozi in several chinese restaurant.
Finaly I wonderfull lady did offer to cook me some as a special order.

Baozi
They usually have them at dim sum places, sometimes just during the time that they have dim sum and not during other hours.
