I watched this film after seeing Illegal Aliens (a real dud), so perhaps it just seemed good in comparison. Then again, anything with Gina Davis (even as a Valley Girl) works for me, and add Jim Carrey, Jeff Goldblum and Damon Wayans to the mix… hey, it had to be fun. I thought the musical numbers were a bit extranneous, and the pacing struggled in places, but overall I enjoyed seeing the three hairy space visitors get madeover into “bald” hunks, learn about earthly delights, and eventually escape the swimming pool they landed in. The best scene for me was the dance-off with Wayans. Too kewl. Worth watching.
