Books 1-3 are 90% just like the book. But Goblet of Fire was like a totally new book. Only 60% like the book. Several characters have meatier roles in the book than the movie- so I was really in shock as to what may happen. Dobby and another house elf are big players in the book, yet never seen in the movie.
So for this one, do not rely on the movie alone.
