This was one of my favorite books when I was a kid. It discusses the wills and deaths of famous people, outdated practices and customs, and great plagues and stuff. I tossed the book when I finished it, because I had most of it memorized from countless readings when I was a kid, and because it sort of stank from sitting in the basement for ages.
