This lovely brown ale has a wonderful malty nose and a clean robust flavor. I’d like to try it with something creamy to eat as I think the crisp, clean flavor will help cut right through it. For some reason, it also seemed to hint that it would love to be paired with fish.

A fairly pricey beer, but wonderfully delicious. This week it’s on sale for half the regular 10 dollar a bottle price.
