Why it's taking me forever to finish consuming this — 2 years ago
WORTH CONSUMING!
Without fail, after reading a chapter or two before going to sleep, I have terrible dreams. I don’t know why.
It’s a little creepy. I feel haunted.
Part of me would like to give up and remove the book from the house, while another part of me feels drawn toward it by a weird craving.
Can a book make you go slightly insane?

Oh yeah
I had the same problem. The Elongated Citizen appeared in my dreams almost nightly for months, and still shows up for the occasional cameo lo these many years later.
But I welcome him, I do, because it reminds me of a great book, one that also made me cry for Pontius Pilate, of all people!
