“The Fuck-Up” is depressing in it’s accurate portrayal of an early-twenties man who’s seen more than his share of shit. His slow decline from “clerk” to vagrant is painful to read, but so very interesting.

I felt the book may have wrapped things up at the end a bit too quickly, but by the end, I was just praying for some sign of mercy on this poor soul.
