This is so much more than an angry girl album. It is fantastic. When I listen to it, I don’t care if Courtney Love has gone crazy and back dozens of times in the last few years. I don’t care if Kurt Cobain wrote these songs or not. I don’t care if the crazys out there think it was even remotely possible for Courtney to kill the beautiful Kristen Pfaff. All I care about is the music, and how much it has meant to me as I have grown up.

And, I swear, if I live to be 192 I will STILL get chills down my spine when Courtney sings, “Nowwwww sheeeeee’s miiiiiine” at the end of “Jennifer’s Body.” So. Perfect.
