WORTH CONSUMING!

I think this show started off pretty strong, except I really didn’t like the Mad Twatter character. Every episode was about one of the different characters in this ensemble cast. My favorite episode was definitely the one about Cassie who has an eating disorder. it was portrayed I think appropriately. it was seen more as a control issue than a self worth issue. I really liked her relationship with Sid as well, until it became a little too melodramatic.

Also I think that character of Tony was really well done because he was self involved and horrible but it is easy to see why his friends stilled liked him. some times he made things exciting, some times they just accepted that he had these sociopathic tendencies and tried to make sure to not get too wrapped up in his bullshit which made him the loneliest character.

The last three episodes were focused on the whole group and in that they sort of lost the plot. There are certain characters who plots were good and you didn’t get too see enough of and then there were those that weren’t and it seemed like there was too much of them.

But the show was still fun and melodramatic and had a good soundtrack. The things that are important in any teen drama.

A wonderful series that I somehow managed to fall in love with, despite not having a huge fascination with teen dramas. It touches on a number of things that any other TV drama wouldn’t dare, or maybe it’s just that America wouldn’t dare ;P

Besides being highly emotional and melodramatic, it’s also hilarious. I certainly laughed out loud a couple of times.

It’s hard to describe. You’ll just have to watch it to find out >3

I can’t wait for series 2!
