Given all the star power in this movie (Patrick Swayze, Charlize Theron, Billy Bo Thornton, et al), it was pretty pedestrian. Swayze as the clueless cuckhold didn’t work for me. I was looking for “Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice Take a Road Trip” and got “Ma & Pa Kettle at Monster Truck Jam.” A bit of a snore, this one.
