Pretty much the only dvd that I have two copies of. First bought the original release the day it came out in stores, and when this special edition came out I still liked the film so much (top 5!) that I bought the SE as well.

Very good film, stands the “View Again?” test. I went crazy the first year it came out – I’d screen it once every two weeks, something like that. Then I shelved the dvds, moved to a new flat, and haven’t seen it since 2003. So it’s been a while. Might be time to dig out the discs and go do a Guy Pierce/Nolan marathon soon.

This film comes highly recommended.
