I’m a Kathleen Turner fan, but this is grade B stock. Otherwise gritty Chicago P.I. tries to save daughter of former hockey player who is murdered. Without pay. Looks like a pilot for a TV series that didn’t make the grade. The best part is the location. The windy city makes a great backdrop for a detective flick. References to the Cubs were obviously pre-pennant.
