This book was a gift, given to me when I a whining/complaining/looking for sympathy about some stuff in my life. It is perfect for where I am right now and the things I need to learn. I am about a third of the way through it and some of it has been hard for me to think about and to try to work out how to implement but really, what value would it have if it was all that easy.
