Had heard about this rather unique pizza place Oishi Japanese Pizza and was pleasantly surprised to receive a mailer in my postbox the other day. Even better, it is now halal, so no probs there.
Anyway, was left to fend for myself over the wkend so decided to order in. The pizzas had a 1-for-1 deal so tried the Chicken Ham & Shitake, and a new pizza Sausage, Cheese & Tomato. Also tried the Korokke (aka croquettes).
The food took about 45 min to be delivered but arrived piping hot so tat was ok. Preferred the Sausage Cheese pizza over the Chicken Ham. The croquettes were quite nice too – soft sweet potato with a crispy outer layer. Want to try the Unagi (eel) one next.
