Music, for me, is a good way of controlling my moods, either enhancing it to a positive, excited outlook, or negative and somber. Sometimes when I come home from work late I’ll just sit in my car and chill for a good while letting the music take me places I want to be. Sometimes if I want to be nostalgic I’ll listen to the older stuff from when I was a teenager—back to good ‘ole days when life was simple and emotions were raw. Back before life’s barnacles began to form.
