Dreadful Ed is a new children’s book written by my kid brother. I read it to my daughter last night. It’s a sweet story about a little boy who doesn’t quite meet his father’s or schoolmates’ expectations.

(Oh, btw: Ed’s family and school chums are scary monsters! Perhaps my brother is working out some issues here…)

My daughter really enjoyed the story and the creepy artwork. It’s not a scary story by any means, but she still didn’t want to sleep in the same room with the book afterwards. ;)
