The Break-Up wasn’t as bad as I expected, actually. The conflict between the characters escalated ridiculously, in typical romantic-comedy style, but at least the reason it began seemed legitimate and realistic. And I liked the ending.

Other miscellaneous notes:
Jennifer Aniston is actually a pretty good actress. Witness The Good Girl and Friends with Money.
Vincent D’Onofrio is awesome and weird in this movie.
Personally, I think it’s kind of dumb that people have been complaining about the trailer misrepresenting the movie. Why does this surprise you? Doesn’t that pretty much always happen?
The theatre was also airconditioned, so I liked it.
