Although it’s an interesting movie, it is fundamentally impossible. A person who has this disorder (in real life) only has minutes before his/her memory “resets” itself. On top of that, he/she spends those few minutes trying to reorient and understand what’s going on. So, this film’s character would not remember taking the photos and would only be confused by them.

I liked the narrative structure, but this is such a major flaw. I’m always amazed at how people either overlook this fact or are so dazzled by this film that they don’t seem to care.
