WORTH CONSUMING!
I just love cook books. This has been on my “to buy” list ever since I heard that it had been published for the very first time in English.This book was first published in Italy over 50 years ago and is the “bible” of all italian cooking. Certainly taking me back to my roots. Very extensive – so much to absorb, but I am wading my way through it. A lot of inspiration to be had here…..
