WORTH CONSUMING!
Cheat: I make the toast in the toaster, then top with cheese and blast for 30 seconds in the microwave.
Well… I generally burn things under the grill, so at least this way is foolproof – as long as you don’t put the cheese in the toaster, okay? ;)

You can now get little bag things that you can put in the toaster so you can have toppings on your toast or make toasted sandwiches.
Not tried it yet, any comments?

I confess, I’m too tight to buy those – they’re pretty expensive for toasting!
Besides, I like my method: the toast is cripy, the topping is melted, and I don’t have to scrap cheese off the inside of a bag!

I do that too because I can’t be bothered buying a toasted sanga maker. Sometimes I cook the whole sandwich in the frypan though. It is better than microwaved cheese.
