Her reading lists are simply the best (detailed, informative, in suggested reading order) I’ve seen in any book, anywhere. This book is simply unbeatable if you’re looking for a guide to that coveted “Classical Education”. Even those who’ve already read the “basics” of classic literature can find something new in even just a perusal of this book. I applaud the author for her efforts. This is far more than just a book of random lists stuffed with oft heard titles. Her tips for analyzing what you’ve read, finding time and space to actually read, and keeping a successful reading journal are definitely helpful.
