For the last 48 hours all I have felt like listening to is this album, along with the rest of the Eels’ discography, in iTunes, on shuffle. The lilting of the lead singer’s voice and the quirky lyrics, full of goodbyes, ironies and gentle lullabies, all combine to give me a nice comfortable groove to my day.
