WORTH CONSUMING!
This cook book is the perfect all around resource for those interested in Japanese cooking, ingredients and so forth. The whole front of the book is dedicated to tools, ingredients and techniques. I’ve been doing sushi on my own for a while now, but recently branched out into “Sumo wrestlers hotpot” thanks to this cook book.
