It’s a delicate balance of deep fried potatos, salt and truffle oil. Sometimes the folks at the Baguette Box get it perfect and it’s other worldly. Many times it’s darn good, but not great. Worth the $4 (the truffle oil adds $2 to the $2 standard french fries price) in case you luck out and hit the prefect balance.
