WORTH CONSUMING!
Almost finished it at my table while eating rice and vegetables, but on my walk home I felt like the walk was taking too long and therefore was forced to step into the Barnes & Noble bookstore on Pine and 6th or so and read it from the shelf.

it's a good trick isn't it?
i did that two days ago, waiting at the train station. had (unbelievable, but sadly enough true) forgotten the book i was reading at home. so i looked at the timetable, realised i had 15 minutes, walked into the pocket shop at stockholm central station and found my book and continued. but it wasn’t murakami – but it could have been. the wind-up bird impressed me so much – it just sucked me into his world, and when it ended and i was thrown out i just wanted to go back, so i am working my way through all his books. this one, and kafka are the ones i like best. but then again norwegian wood is also… and… ahh, murakami is good.
