When it comes to dealing with stress there are lots of alternative ways in which you can cope with it without turning to pharma and here are just a few ways in which you can take some time out and relax.

Healer

There are some incredible people like Dr Pankaj Naram who have incredible skills and knowledge which people can use in order to stay relaxed and focussed. The powers of these healers vary and there are many who have a strong proven track record of helping thousands of people across the globe, Dr Naram for example has spent time with the Dalai Lama, world leaders and even victims of 9/11, helping them in many ways. A lot of the healers have brilliant YouTube channels where they share their secrets for relaxation.

Meditation

Meditation is a great way to organize your thoughts, deal with stress and help you to relax and with just 10 or 15 minutes of relaxation per day, you can really feel the benefits. You do not need to be a Tibetan monk in order to master the art of meditation. You simply need to take yourself to a quiet place in the house, close your eyes and take some dee breaths, focus on how your body rises and falls as you breathe and try to clear your mind. Try this for a week and you will soon see the impact which it can have.

Exercise

Strangely, exercise is a great way of helping you to beat stress and to relax and if you can make one hour per day to go to the gym or do some light exercise then you will be able to see the many benefits that exercise can give you. When you exercise, you release dopamine which is a feel-good chemical that exists in the body, this chemical can help you to feel better about yourself and cope with stress in a better way thus helping you to feel more relaxed.

Cut Stress Out

Stress is often what prevents us from being able to relax and one of the best ways to avoid getting stressed out, is to remove entirely the thing that is causing you stress. Naturally you cannot remove everything from your life which gives you stress but if you are involved in something that is not necessary and it is causing you to feel high levels of stress, then take the decision to remove it form your life.
